When out recruiting for new people, always follow the 3 basic guidelines below.

1) Never recruit Jerks.
This includes also people who call "hax and cheater" anyone who's stronger than them. You see anyone doing that or worse, don't even bother.

2) Don't spam.
Try not to spam the game chat advertising that SDXF is recruiting, that's just annoying.

3) Make conversation
Best way to know people is to talk with them, so join some conversation when you can (unless it's actually flaming).


Whenever you find someone you'd like to invite to the clan please direct him/her to Killer Jake, Mr.Smith, PBJ or Me.

Excellent points made here, especially number three. Always let your play do most of the talking, and just be yourselves and have fun.
